The 85 Government Road building has had a variety of tenants
The previous tenant was VHQ, a movie rental store part of a chain owned by Movie Gallery. Due to the 2010 bankruptcy of Movie Gallery, the store was liquidated and closed. However, shortly afterward, the store seemed to have been revived as an independent outlet under the name CDR Video.before ultimately closing for good.
