Résumé : Les Haskell louent pour la période d’un an, pour la somme de 31 « Pounds » 5 « shillings », une partie du lot no 1 du 9e du canton de Stanstead. Terrain de 60 pieds (axe nord-sud) par 40 (axe est-ouest) décrit ainsi : « That certain emplacement or Building spot […] bounded and describe as follows towards the East by the King’ highway and extend along the said highway […] » avec un bâtiment en pierre.
