Résumé : Vente d’une partie du lot no 1 du 9e rang du Canton de Stanstead : « …bounded to the North by said Stephen Foster’s land, to the East by the land of the said Asa Gaylord, to the West by the said [LeRoy] Robinson’s land and to the South by the land belonging to said Stephen Foster, and the piece of land hereby sold and above described being known as Tabez [?] Wheeler Place and containing about one quarter of an acre more or less […] have and except sufficient land to be taken off the South end of the piece of land […] for a carriage road running East to West […] which is hereby reserved to be used by the said Robinson or his representatives in common with the said Hiram Bishop […] » . Résumé : Vente d’une partie du lot no 1 du 9e rang du Canton de Stanstead : « …the full and undivided half or moiety […] being that part of the said lot on which one Moses Franklin Wright formerly built a Tannery and on which the said Tannery now stands, and the same being bounded […] on the North and North West by the center of the road leading from Willard Wood’s Shop to the Paper Mill occupied by S. & S. Reed on the East by the land of William Arms or his representatives, on the South by a direct line to be drawn as far South as the South Side of the floom to the said Tannery, and on the South West and West by land of the late Willard Kelly or his representatives, with the equal and undivided alf or moiety of the right and privilege which the said Ozro Morrill his heirs or assigns have to use so much water from the Canal, and dam on said premises as shall not be required for the clothing and Oil Mills erected on or near the said premises but no water to be drawn to the injury of the owners or occupiers of said clothing and oil mills, or of such mills as may be erected on the site […] » . Résumé : Vente de deux parties du lot no 1 du 9e rang du Canton de Stanstead : « …Firstly […] beginning at the North West corner of the piece of land hereby intended to be sold adjoining land now or formerly owned by one Stephen Foster, thence Easterly along the South line of said Stephen Foster’s land to land formerly owned by Asa Gaylord, the distance of about three rods, thence along the West line of said Gaylord’s land to land owned by said Stephen Foster, formerly belonging to Samuel and Stephen Reed the distance of about eight rods, thence Westerly along the fence dividing the land hereby sold from the said Stephen Foster’s land, to land owned by LeRoy Robinson, thence along the East line of said Robinson’s land the distance of about nine rods running North of the land of the said Stephen Foster or place of beginning […]. And Secondly […] being that part of the said lot on which one Moses Franklin Wright formerly built a Tannery and on which the said Tannery now stands, and the same being bounded […] on the North and North West by the center of the road leading from Willard Wood’s Shop to the Paper Mill, on the East by the land formerly owned by one William Arms or his representatives, on the South by a direct line to be drawn as far South as the South Side of the floom, to the said Tannery, and on the South West and West by land of the Estate of the late Willard Kelly or his representatives, and the first privilege and Right of the water running from the Canal and dam on said premises, for the use and benefit of the said Tannery and all the apparatus and privileges thereunto belonging together with the said Tannery and other the premises thereon erected […] ».
