Reed on the East by the land of William Arms or his representatives, on the South by a direct line to be drawn as far South as the South Side of the floom to the said Tannery, and on the South West and West by land of the late Willard Kelly or his representatives, with the equal and undivided alf or moiety of the right and privilege which the said Ozro Morrill his heirs or assigns have to use so much water from the Canal, and dam on said premises as shall not be required for the clothing and Oil Mills erected on or near the said premises but no water to be drawn to the injury of the owners or occupiers of said clothing and oil mills, or of such mills as may be erected on the site […] » . And Secondly […] being that part of the said lot on which one Moses Franklin Wright formerly built a Tannery and on which the said Tannery now stands, and the same being bounded […] on the North and North West by the center of the road leading from Willard Wood’s Shop to the Paper Mill, on the East by the land formerly owned by one William Arms or his representatives, on the South by a direct line to be drawn as far South as the South Side of the floom, to the said Tannery, and on the South West and West by land of the Estate of the late Willard Kelly or his representatives, and the first privilege and Right of the water running from the Canal and dam on said premises, for the use and benefit of the said Tannery and all the apparatus and privileges thereunto belonging together with the said Tannery and other the premises thereon erected […] ».
