Terrain décrit ainsi : « …upon the Canal on the Westwardly side of the King’s Highway leading to Derby bounded upon the Northeastwardly or upper side of the piece of land owned by Freeman Haskell […] together with the Betterments building and improvements thereon erected and made, including all and singular the patterns flasks and apparatus for carrying on the Iron Foundry business […] ».
