This mural is located on the side of Rowan Morrison, which used to be a gallery. The space is located at 330 40th Street in Temescal and the mural can be seen from Broadway.
The mural was painted in June, 2008 by Adam5100, a CCA graduate, using multi-layered stencils. The mural actually depicts two hands, not just one. You can read a lot about it and see pictures of the work in progress here.
