The Perfecting Ministries Mural is on the side of Perfecting Ministries, a church at 6001 International Blvd in Lockwood-Tevis/Seminary. An article was written in the Oakland Tribune when the mural was painted in 2008. Artist Joseph Cornejo led the project with youth from the church.
