Bacon's Palace of Sweets was an early candy store at 965 Broadway (921 Broadway after 1912 renumbering) run by James H. Bacon. It dated back to at least 1875.
The 1896 Illustrated Directory shows it as G.A. Blank's Palace of Sweets, advertising French candy at 25 cents per pound.
