What do you know about Police Falsifying evidence to kill in Philippines war on drugs? 

This was really one of the worst articles I read all semester, the drug and gang violence has gotten so bad in the Philippines, that cops have taken it in to their own hands to just kill people involved. The only way to legally do this is to have evidence, but it has been discovered cops have been falsifying reports and acting on their own authority.
