What do you know about Users/fleurettekersey? My neighbor is a freecycle user. SHe works for a local high school and uses it sometimes to get donations for the school and also for her own family and children.
I tried to sigh up for Sacramento user groups as well but never received an answer. Somehow I got accepted by the Folsom group but that is too far a drive to be practical. I am a grandmother with lots of house stuff accumulated over the years. I want to downsize and have been giving it to local thrift stores and Craigslist but would rather give it to Freecycle members.
