Bellwether Hard Cider is a local cidery and current member of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. They produce about 10 varieties of hard ciders, ranging from very dry to semi-sweet, some with carbonation and some still, with alcohol contents between 5.2% and %7.0. They are especially well known for their unique Cherry Street flavor which is a blend of apples and tart cherries. You can buy their cider in their shop in Trumansburg, their stand at the Ithaca Farmer's Market, and a few Ithaca bars and restaurants, including Maxie's Supper Club‎.
