Breffni Road runs eastward from the end of Sandycove Road through to Ulverton Road, Sandycove.
It is divided into a number of "terraces" including Bayswater Terrace, Munster Terrace, Neptune Terrace, Cliff Terrace, Killiney Terrace and others
