2006-01-24 17:37:58   Crazy awesome photo on the Cows page. Where on campus is that? —PhilipNeustrom

2006-01-27 15:45:30   re: The images — feel free to add them to your page. I created four different awards and figured if I spread them around a bit they might catch on. Enjoy, you earned it! —JabberWokky

2006-02-14 06:13:51   I left the redirects in place if you want to use them, but no other entry category has content suffixes in the title, so it seems incorrect that only one category (pets) should. —JabberWokky

2006-02-14 09:42:38   Remember what happend last time you decided to rename a bunch of pages without asking anyone first? I spent at least an hour cleaning up. Please use Naming Conventions Discussion in the future. Renaming one page at a time is ok, but mass-renaming is hard to undo and should be a community decision. —ArlenAbraham

2006-02-23 22:50:27   hehe I added a pic of my ratties :) I'll add more later (too lazy for now) :D —KrystalVillanueva

2005-11-15 23:57:20   Congeners, tannin is really a factor if it's wines iirc. Depends on the type of liquor. Darker stuff tends to have more congeners. It's all by-products of the metabolic fermentation processes. Not looking into this, but what I usually hear is the cheaper stuff is simply lesser quality. Less refined, not distilled as much, etc. More impurities, more stuff to mess with your liver and body. Rings true I guess. It takes a lot more care to get a liter of Grey Goose then it does Popov's. Anyway, a link to get started Congeners. Should find a lot of info if you google that, though most seemed to say the same thing (Scotch has more blah has more then blah has more then Vodka or Gin) —ES

2005-11-16 01:10:32   Mike, I'm a bit concerned with your late night editing... —MichelleAccurso

2005-11-23 18:40:41   no place is EVER going to print an 8x8, how hard is it to use a roller-cutter? i know kinkos and the craft center both have them... if you really don't feel up to it, i'm sure you can slip the guy at kinkos a few extra bucks and he'll use the roller cutter. —ArlenAbraham

2005-11-27 19:39:52   RE: Davis Students Against the Death Penalty: "Davis" refers to part of a student group name. If you rename this, you'll also have to rename Davis Students Against War, Davis Baby for Peace, Davis Peace Coalition, and others. —SteveDavison

2005-12-05 08:46:24   the first one is better. black and white. —NoraSandstedt

2005-12-25 18:52:31   hey um maybe you could have waited for a little more consensus before going and making a big mess? —TravisGrathwell

2005-12-25 20:15:28   when you put a slash after a page name, it indicates a subpage. for example, Wiki Community/General Discussion is a sub page of Wiki Community, to link to the /General Discussion page, one simply types ["/General Discussion"]. adding Business/Historical indicates that the page is a sub-page titled "historical" of the originial business. yeah, it's a mess. —ArlenAbraham

2005-08-29 16:54:08   Congrats on a major publication! —CraigBrozinsky

2005-08-29 17:45:10   My mind finds humor in the strange coincedence that Mike G has had an article printed in Newsweek and Newsweak. —JimSchwab

2005-08-29 23:19:29   you silly dork, bragging about your article. sadly i read it, thought it was funny, then went oh with my day. only later seeing that it was by you. Nice job! Can you be on the published writers page now? —MichelleAccurso

2005-09-30 13:04:38   Considering that the page has so little content and that the paragraph in question has lots of links and is pertinent to campus I'd say that it's worthwhile. —JackHaskel

2005-10-07 07:25:11   It is a bad idea... it will be abused. —JasonAller

2005-10-19 17:35:35   Hya Michael! Lawson here, publisher of The Spare Changer: Affirmative, technology has let the homeless reach out everywhere and to everyone. Thank you for the comment. Still, as we say here at Spange HQ: "You know you've been homeless long enough when your laptop AND your sleeping bag are in your backpack." Me? I wouldn't be homeless without it.*tongue lodged firmly in cheek here!*

Congratulations and good luck. I'd like to network with Daviswiki and you and others this winter. I've been proposing an Interfaith Winter Shelter Program for Families with Children. Insufficient support for this "no- frill" idea I know I could, with support, make work, with host venues (church gyms, meeting rooms and the like..unused at night spaces) serving as dry sleeping space out of the wind... On the other hand, some churches are looking into the feasability of implementing a similar "rotating church" plan for 2006. I'm disappointed for 2005, but these committes ARE committed, and I've the opportunity to be involved in the planning.)

May I say that yours is a wicked sense of humor Mr. Giardina, and black leather jackets, as your generation is fond of extolling, "rocks." Keep up the good works.See you on the bricks. Lawson

2005-10-21 14:37:55   "Usually we post a question to the author's page asking if they have permission." — It was a word-for-word cut & paste, so the only question was that of permissions. Generally the disclaimer "Used with permission" is a nice postscript to the bottom. Deleting cut/pastes that don't include explicit permission seems like a reasonable thing to do while the state of permission is ascertained as a matter of policy since edits can be reverted with minimal work. Congrats on the publication, too. —DomenicSantangelo
