A historic building with historic visitors. For example, Heinrich Heine had his big inspiration for "Germany, a Winter's Tale" as he looked with a pitcher of beer in hand from here on the Rhine.
There is traditional inside seating as well as an outdoor beer terrace overlooking the Rhine. There are separate menus for each. Reservations are recommended for inside. They also have special menus and buffets on holidays.
